SAGE BREAKFAST SAUSAGE – (Pork) These fresh sausage links are delicious in breakfast casseroles, fried up with summer tomatoes, onions, and peppers, or on your favorite pizza. They are also great browned in the pan with some eggs and toast. $12

CHEDDAR JALAPENO BRATWURST – (Beef and Pork) A little bit spicy, a little bit cheesy, a lot of bit yummy!
MANGO HABENARO BRATWURST – (Beef and Pork) Sweet with some heat! A moderately spicy, flavor forward sausage that is good cooked up in the pan or grilled over flame. It makes a great lunch on a roll with some pineapple salsa, or over rice with grilled pineapple and corn on the cob.
PHILLY BRATWURST – (beef and pork) One of our new favorites! This sausage has an insane (I can’t believe I’m going to use this word) umami flavor. It is rich and savory and so delicious. There is no meal it wouldn’t work with or improve.
BEER BRATS – (pork) – A classic. If you are grilling out, this is your go-to.
PINEAPPLE BACON BRATS – (pork) This sausage is made with our own smoked sweet and salty bacon, with a little pineapple just for fun. Made for kids aged 1 to 100.

CHEESE PIZZA SNACK STICK – (beef and pork) Our best-selling snack stick that reliably elicits the exclamation “It really tastes like pizza!”
CHEDDAR JALAPENO SUMMER – (beef and pork) The OG, old reliable, the spicy cheesy snack stick you always want to come back to.
BBQ SMOKE SNACK STICK – (beef and pork) A BBQ snack stick that would work well on a cheese board. A whole pack with a beer could also be called lunch.
RHUBARB BBQ SAUCE – With a surplus of rhubarb in the garden right now, it has been fun coming up with new ways to use it. The tart, ruby stalks cooked with brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, and spices came up a treat. We have had it on our smoked pulled pork and over cream cheese, digging in with crackers. There are only 12 jars, so I hope you get to try it! $7 for a 16 oz. jar.
