Cornish cross

Chicken can be meaty and delicious and be sustainably and humanely raised.  Our Cornish Cross chickens are raised on pasture and are moved to fresh ground daily.   The chickens forage in the grass, scratch for bugs and enjoy the sunshine.  They are fed a mix of locally grown herbs and milled grains, with no fillers, hormones or antibiotics. 

Each roaster averages about 5 pounds and is unfailingly tender.
